Beta terms
The site is new. These are the ground rules while it is being tested.
Not for emergencies
Do not use Tickets for anything urgent or dangerous: fire, flooding, gas, electrical danger, or someone hurt or trapped in a lift. Call 999 or 112, then the caretaker on to be confirmed: caretaker phone number.
- This is a test version. Things may change, break or move. Please tell us when something goes wrong.
- Be careful what you post. Everyone with Tickets access can read tickets, comments and photos. Leave out other people's personal details and health information, and avoid photos of people or the inside of private homes unless you have to.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not share your password, codes or device. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Records stay with the estate. What you add becomes part of KWML's records and may be kept after you leave. The privacy notice says for how long.
- Be respectful. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
- No guarantee. During the Beta we cannot promise the site will always be available. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
